Court Costs

If you have recently been cited for a traffic violation, you must respond by the appearance date shown on the citation, either in person or by phone. Your options regarding your particular citation may be found on the plea form given to you by the law enforcement officer at the time of the citation. The plea form also contains a Schedule of Fines from which you can calculate the cost of most citations. If your citation is not found on the Schedule of Fines, you may call the office of the Municipal Court at 806-251-1116 regarding the cost of your citation. Judge's hours are Mondays 9-12 AM and 1-5 PM and Tuesdays from 1-5 PM.
