Fire Department puts on fireworks show.
Thanks to our Fire Department for putting on a show for us this 4th of July. We hope everyone enjoyed their holiday!

Andy Chester - Chief of Police:
Cheif Chester began his career in December of 1983 with Sulphur Springs Police Department. He has spent the majority of his life in east Texas, as well as most of his career. Chester holds a Master Peace Officer certificate, TCLEOSE Instructor License, and a Firearms Instructor certificate. He earned a B.S/ in Criminal Justice Management from the University of the Southwest in Hobbs, NM.
Luis Guitron - Patrol Officer:
Officer Guitron was raised in Sudan, Texas. He graduated from Sudan High School in May of 2003. He has worked for the City of Sudan for 3 years, and also worked for the City of Lubbock for 3 years. In August of 2011, he graduated from South Plains Association of Governments (SPAG) Law Enforcement Academy. He has been working with the Bovina Police Department since September 2011.
Samantha Jones - Patrol Officer:
Has been working with the Bovina Police Department since July 2012
